AHMAD ERANI YUSTIKA, born in Ponorogo (1973). Completed a bachelor's degree from the Department of Economics and Development Studies (IESP) Faculty of Economics - Universitas Brawijaya, 1996. After graduating, he actively publishes articles in various mass media (about 750 articles have been published in national newspapers/magazines) and scientific journals. Also has made about 30 books. In addition, he has presented papers in national and international seminar forums. In 2001 completed post-graduate studies (MSc) and 2005 completed doctoral studies (Ph.D), all at the University of Göttingen (Georg-August-Universität Göttingen), Germany (through GTZ and DAAD scholarships), with a specialization in Institutional Economics. Since 1997, he has worked as a lecturer at the alma mater campus and has served as Head of the Master of Economics Study Program, Postgraduate Faculty of Economics – Universitas Brawijaya (2007-2009) and Assistant Dean I (Academic) in 2009 – 2010. Beyond that, 2008 – 2015 assumed the mandate as Executive Director of INDEF (Institute for Development of Economics and Finance), Jakarta. Since 2010-2017 he has been a Member of the BSBI (Bank Indonesia Supervision Agency), as well as being the Chair of the ISEI Central Management Infrastructure Focus Group (2012-2015) and the Chair of the ISEI PP Creative Economy Focus Group (2016-2019). In 2006 and 2009 he was selected as the Outstanding Lecturer I at Brawijaya University (and the outstanding lecturer at the national level) and in 2007 he was selected as the most prolific book writer in the Faculty of Economics – Universitas Brawijaya. Starting June 1, 2010 he was appointed as Professor of Institutional Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Brawijaya (inauguration was carried out on December 30, 2010). Period 2011-2017 served as a member of the FITRA National Council (Indonesian Forum for Budget Transparency). In 2015 - 2017 he became Director General of PPMD ​​(Development and Empowerment of Village Community) and 2017-2018 became Director General of PKP (Rural Area Development), Ministry of Villages, PDT and Transmigration. In 2018 – 2019 he became the Presidential Special Staff (economic sector). Currently, he serves as General Chairperson of IKA UB (UB Alumni Association) for the period 2019-2023.

Dr. Sharif Rasel is a Lecturer of international business at Flinders University. Prior to joining Flinders University, Sharif held positions at Monash Business School in Melbourne, Ministry of Public Administration in Bangladesh and Wageningen Economic Research (LEI) in the Netherlands. Sharif's research interests are at the intersection of international business, strategy and economic geography specialising in location choice strategy, reshoring of businesses, effects of locational factors on performance and global city effect in international business. Sharif is currently involved in numerous international research projects with high social impact. One of these research projects was awarded with a grant from the Australian government in 2021. Before joining Flinders University in December 2019, Sharif taught international business and strategy at Monash Business School for six years. He received commendations for outstanding teaching performance from the Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Vice President (Education), Monash University.

Dr. Anees Janee Ali is an Associate Professor in International Business Section at School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and has been working at USM since 2003. He received his PhD and master’s from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands with a thesis, entitled, “The intercultural adaptation of expatriate spouses and children”. He has been teaching courses and conducting research in International Human Resource Management, Expatriates’ and Repatriates’ Intercultural Adaptation, International Management, International Business, Business Communication and Organizational Behaviour. He is an active person in founding and organising many international and local events and programmes for students across ASEAN such as AFLES (ASEAN Future Leaders Summit), AFLES ASEANPRENEUR Pitching Competition, USM International Week, A Night of Hope and many more. He is devoted to share his knowledge and experiences in developing leadership skills among students.

Abdul Ghofar, SE., M.Si., DBA., Ak, Universitas Brawijaya

Dr. Sergey Ivanov is Professor of Management at the School of Business and Public Administration, University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC, USA. His professional practice and scholarly interests are in the field of scientific organizational research in government, multinationals, and military organizations. He received Ph.D. from The George Washington University’s School of Business, working under the leadership of Dr. Elliott Jaques on dynamic theories in organizational science. Professor Ivanov has taught management and organizational courses at the University of the District of Columbia, as well as The George Washington University, for over a decade, and provided consultancy services to a wide variety of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Fortune 1000 Corporations, and others clients.

Dr. Rommie Littrell is a AACSB academically qualified university research and teaching professor. Competent, productive, experienced 40% teaching, 40% research, 20% service in international business, with teaching and research specializing in cross-cultural management and leadership and international business management and leadership, and significant research and publications production.  He holds PhD specialising in industrial/organizational psychology and managerial leadership across cultures; 2011, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand; MBA, California Coast University at Santa Ana; BA, University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.. Currently his research interest is in Business and Culture, Management, Leadership, International Business Management, International Business Environment, International Business Strategy
